Meet your coach

A person should not disappearbehind their roles.

That belief runs through everything here. Behind “mother”, “manager”, “daughter-in-law”, “founder” there is a person with her own identity — her astitva — and it deserves structure, practice and a plan, not just applause on good days.

“I don’t build dependent followers — I build self-led women who own their growth, their decisions, and their future.”

The journey

From banking to behaviour change

01

The banking years

Fifteen years inside banking taught Dolly what discipline, targets and accountability really look like — and what happens to capable people when no one invests in their behaviour and communication.

02

The turn to training

Moving into corporate training and behavioural facilitation, she found the work that fit: rooms full of adults changing how they speak, decide and lead — through activity and practice, in English and Hindi.

03

Mentoring & MSMEs

Through Vrddhi Mentors, the same practical lens went to small business owners: clarity, funnels, pricing and 30/90-day plans instead of inspiration alone.

04

Empowerment, systematised

Dolly Sharma Empower brings it together — the ASTITVA Method, the Rising Shakti Collective and the belief her book is named for: happiness, chosen consciously.

Dolly Sharma is a women’s self-leadership and career reinvention coach, corporate trainer, ex-banker, MSME mentor and speaker. She is the founder of Dolly Sharma Empower and Vrddhi Mentors, and the creator of the ASTITVA Method and the Rising Shakti Collective. The promise across all of it is the same: practical transformation, not temporary motivation.
